Bids

Business Improvement Districts play a key role in revitalising town & city centres and can also be considered for regenerating out of town retail, commercial and industrial locations.

At Heartflood, we support the entire BID process, from initial feasibility studies, business plan development and ballot management, to the initiation & roll-out of a BID. We also offer a range of services to established BIDs, such as mid-term reviews, interim management and renewal support.
