Clare is a highly skilled, energetic and creative Place & Regeneration specialist, with 25 years experience working at the interface of the public and private sector. Clare has a wealth of experience and demonstrable track record of on the ground delivery across all tiers of local Government and in the public sector.

Clare is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management, as well as an active member of the Town & Country Planning Association (TCPA).

In her work for Heartflood, Clare combines commercial acumen with creativity, energy and a strong drive to create great places. Her mission is to create places and spaces which are viable, deliverable and sustainable – and where people thrive, communities are strengthened and economies prosper.
