Kim has over 20 years’ experience within retail, working in product management with both national retailers and independent stores.
Kim’s particular areas of expertise are in defining the customer offer, mapping the customer journey and developing the customer experience. With this insight into customers, Kim develops strong digital and in-store trading and marketing strategies that align with the customer’s needs and deliver a strong customer experience.
Kim relishes launching new projects, from idea development to delivery and has experience of launching new businesses, new websites, new products and community projects. More recently, Kim has been instrumental in building a team of volunteers for Visit Knowle, leading the place marketing strategy and spending time engaging with local businesses.
Kim’s pragmatic, supportive, can-do attitude ensures projects are delivered successfully on time and on budget.
