Associate Partner

Tom’s been involved in events and project management for over 10 years and has a strong understanding of the Place Management industry from both a public & private-sector perspective and has developed excellent business liaison skills.

Having run the Hitchin BID operations and strategy for over 2 years, Tom has successfully organised and implemented a series of projects and events in line with the key objectives of the BID business plan. Tom took the BID to a resounding yes vote to secure a third-term of operation as well as improving and creating a series of innovative projects which saw the town gain finalist status from Central Governments Great British High Street Awards.

The attributes which Tom brings to Heartflood are embodied by his key skills in the ability to quickly build productive business relationships and to communicate effectively with public and private stakeholders.
